Spent the last month meditating 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour before bed and noticed some profound changes in my life from caffeine and food intake to new mental states I’ve never experienced before.

In what position do you sit in when you meditate? I find that I experience physical discomfort after about 25+ mins. Trying to work through that.
