If we want to be more right over the long term, we have to embrace wrong often in the short term and detach ourselves for those questionable beliefs that model our world poorly.

wow! when we pivoted the business from smb’s to enterprise, i didn’t know what to do with all the small business emails so i started this :) never had any real agenda other than be myself through writing and see where it takes me.
