In the movie The Matrix, there's a scene where the all knowing Morpheus effortlessly glides through a busy city sidewalk with tons of people without into bump into a single person.
While the beginner Neo, awkwardly collides into people, apologizes, and becomes unfocused.
This is the difference between a flow and non-flow state of life.
Most of us are Neo.
We have minds that require constant monitoring and reinforcing.
But where want to be is like Morpheus--no preferences, no ego--a calm and untroubled mind.
The exact opposite of Neo's erratic, pinball life.
Resistance is conquered through recognition and acceptance.
Before we can walk like Morpheus, we must dissect every thought, word, and emotion under a microscope to find a kernel of truth within.
It's about operating within the system without being controlled by it.
Think for yourself and figure out what's true.
